Hi Christian,

let me give you a quick answer:

How do you like it so far? What are your stick-distances? Does it scratch easily? How well does it stick?

I'v had only a couple of throws yet, thanks to bad weather and opportunity…
It sticks like glue and it doesn't scratch….yet!
Distances still differ, about three to four meters is my best yet.

I especcially like its handyness and versatility, making it more interesting to me than it's big brother, the Tactical Tomahawk. But I would like to get my hands on that one too, just for comparison :-)

I'll tell you more, when i have had more throws and better distances!

CU

Alleswerfer

Hi André,

unfortunately I have never throw it myself (or even held it in my hands). How do you like it so far? What are your stick-distances? Does it scratch easily? How well does it stick?

As for using it in the Championship: It is allowed. (The rule says heavier than 500g, which it is slightly, and blade narrower than 12cm, which I guess it is from the look of it.)

I'm quite excited about this axe, it's the first commercial thrower I know that has an polymer handle!

Christian T.

Dear fellow throwers,

since I haven't been able to meet you lately, i would like to start with some virtual discussion.

I got my hands on this nice little tool, the SOG FASTHAWK
and I wonder if it's a tool anyone of you has ever thrown in a competition or at home (or at work or whatsoever…)
Who can tell me about its performance and if it's legal in any Chamionship?

Looking forward to read from you

André "Alleswerfer" N.
