A seasoned thrower, Dieter Führer from Germany, suggested to include some new styles into our competitions to make them less static. What do you think of them?:

• Double axe throwing scandinavian style
• Duel throwing (like in Tcheque Republic)
• Throwing at targets arranged along a path, distances are unknown, positions for the throw vary. Like a hunt, let's say.
• Throwing with unfamiliar objects (other throwers' knives, for example)
• Trick throws (kneeing, sitting, on the back)

Neue Wettbewerbe?

Der erfahrene und vielen wohl bekannte Messerwerfer Dieter Führer hat einige Disziplinen vorgeschlagen, die man in die Wettbewerbe mit aufnehmen könnte, um sie weniger statisch zu gestalten. Wie denkt Ihr darüber, welche würden Euch gefallen?:

• Doppelaxtwerfen nach skandinavischem Reglement
• Duellwerfen (wie in Tschechien üblich)
• Werfen auf einem frei angelegten Parcour mit unterschiedlichen Ziele aus unbekannten Entfernungen und verschiedenen Positionen
• Werfen mit "fremden" (-also nicht den eigenen) Geräten
• Trickwürfe (kniend, liegend, sitzend, rückwärts usw.)

Nouveau styles pour compétition

Le lanceur pas mal connu allemand, Dieter Führer, a proposé d'ajouter quelques disciplines pour que nos compétitions soient moins statique. Qu'en pensez-vous?:

• Lancer les haches double (comme en Scandinavie)
• Lancer duel (comme en Tchéquie)
• Lancer en marchant un parcours, distances au cibles inconnues, des positions diverses
• Lancer avec des objets non familiers (les couteaux des autres lanceurs, par example)
• Lancer avec truc (étant assis, couché, en arrière…)

Claude had the excellent idea that we should produce a little brochure that we could distribute to the spectators at competitions. So they could learn what the club is about, they get the internet addresses to learn more, and they could join us if they want. I propose that this leaflet also includes basic instructions on how to throw, that would give people a reason to keep this leaflet. It should be done translated into all 3 languages. Prospekt zum Verteilen

Claude hatte die gute Idee, dass wir ein kleines Faltblatt produzieren könnten, das bei Veranstaltungen an Zuschauer verteilt würde. Diese würden dann erfahren, was der Verein eigentlich ist, unter welchen Internetadressen man mehr Informationen bekommt, und wie man Mitglied wird. Damit die Leute den Zettel auch aufheben, würde ich auch grundsätzliche Wurftechniken erklären. Das Faltblatt sollte in alle 3 Sprachen übersetzt werden. (Christian Thiel)

Prospectus à distributer

Claude a fait le proposition superbe de faire un petit prospectus sur le club, qui serait distributé au spectateurs selon des rencontres. Comme ca, ils peuvent apprendre sur le club, avoir des addresses internet pour se renseigner, et savoir comment devenir membre. À mon avis, il faut ajouter des instructions comment lancer, comme ca les gens vont garder le papier. Le prospectus sera traduit dans les 3 langues. (Christian Thiel)
